We work with you to create your perfect event just the way you want it. We are very flexible in terms of laying out the space just right and in terms of the business end from hosted to no-host and any hybrid arrangement inbetween.
Whether it’s the swanky, urbane atmosphere of our wine bar, or the edgy, industrial chic of the cellar, or both, we’ll work with you to help realize your highest entertaining or fundraising point of self-actualization.
What is the difference between a hosted and a non-hosted event format?
Hosted Service: You pay for all wine and beer consumed by you and your guests, plus a 10% gratuity on all alcohol sales.
No-Host Service: You pay the Room Rent only, and your guests pay for their own beverage purchases.
What is included?
- Licensed, professional service staff for beer and wine service
- Stemware for events of up to 45 attendees
- Three 8-foot banquet tables
- Four outside four-top bistro tables and chairs
- Four round cocktail tables
- Lighting and space separation/creation for cellar events by prior arrangement
What days are you available to book my event?
Depending on availability and cellar operations, Special Events may be scheduled Saturday through Wednesday.
What about food? Bring my own or use a caterer?
You may provide your own food, either self-produced or by hiring a professional caterer of your choice. Caterer must be approved by us after direct consultation about on-site cooking, food prep, setup, breakdown, use of winery facilities, etc.
Can I provide my own music, entertainment?
You may provide your own recorded or live entertainment. All live entertainment must be approved in advance.
Are children welcome?
Children are welcome when accompanied by a parent 21 years or older, and when alcohol consumption is not the primary focus of your event.
Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages?
Patrons may NOT bring their own alcoholic beverages.
Are there discounts available for wine at our event?
Wine sales during events will be either by the glass or bottle without any case discount. Case discounts will apply to any to-go sales, including mixed cases.
How do you handle set up and breakdown?
Setup for your event begins two hours before event start time, unless otherwise arranged with us. You are responsible for breakdown and cleanup, and events must conclude, including breakdown and cleanup, by midnight unless otherwise arranged.
